We didn’t set out to build just another bike shop.

GetOut! eMobiles+ began with a simple idea: people deserve honest, knowledgeable help with the electric rides that keep them moving.

Back then, we were known as Valley E-Cycle+—a small local repair business built around one big promise:

We would take on the e-bikes and e-scooters that other shops often turned away.

Online purchase? Used bike? Unusual brand? Custom wiring? Strange mystery fault that makes absolutely no sense until the third cup of coffee?

Bring it in.

What started as a specialized repair service quickly became something much bigger.

We realized we weren’t only fixing bikes and scooters. We were helping people get back to work, regain independence, spend time outdoors, explore new places, and enjoy the freedom that electric mobility can provide.

That realization changed everything.

From Valley E-Cycle+ to GetOut!

As the vision grew, so did the name.

Valley E-Cycle+ became GetOut! eMobiles+—a company built for every kind of electric adventure, not just one type of vehicle.

Today, we provide:

• E-bike and e-scooter diagnostics and repairs

• Tune-ups and preventative maintenance

• Bicycle-to-e-bike conversions

• Upgrades, customization, and custom builds

• Mobile service and rider support

• Help for products purchased online, second-hand, or outside traditional dealer networks

We now operate from Guardian Base One in Duncan, BC, working in cooperation with All Battery while remaining proudly independent.

Why the EMV Guardians?

Because ordinary branding felt far too ordinary.

The EMV Guardians were created to represent what GetOut! is really about: service, knowledge, adventure, community, and looking out for riders.

Guardian Prime leads the technical missions and tackles the difficult repairs.

Relay keeps communication, operations, and customer support moving.

HoloGary is the digital knowledge keeper, strategic sidekick, and occasional source of suspiciously enthusiastic ideas.

Together, they help bring the E-Universe to life—a fun, memorable world built around real service and real people.

The superheroes may be fictional.

The commitment behind them is not.

Where We’re Going

Our goal is to help build a stronger e-mobility community across Vancouver Island and, someday, well beyond it.

We see GetOut! growing into a complete destination for electric mobility, including:

• Specialized sales and adventure-ready eMobiles

• Seasonal and all-weather riding equipment

• Local ride routes and illustrated trail guides

• Rider education and battery-safety resources

• Custom mobility solutions

• Community events and Guardian adventures

• A growing network of locations built around the same honest service

We want to make electric mobility easier to understand, easier to maintain, and far more exciting to own.

Most importantly, we want to make sure adventure never ends just because something breaks, the weather changes, or the road ahead looks a little different.
